This tea is the symbol of centuries-old Javanese tradition. It is produced from a green tea harvested on the Cisujen mountains then mixed with rose jasmine, a variety that is unique to Java. This tea combines the best of Fujian and Indonesian craftsmanship.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 80°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
