Description

This tea comes from Indonesia and is harvested in the Cisujen mountains in the west of the country. Production is inspired by Chinese and Taiwanese oolong. The harvest comprises attractive leaves, delicately crumpled. This oolong has undergone intermediate oxidation and has been strongly roasted at the end of its production process.
Its toasted note is immediately present and has a long finish, eventually giving way to complex woody and spiced flavours and intense fruity notes. An atypical yet delicious Grand Cru.
Infused following the Gong Fu Cha method, this Grand Cru gradually reveals all the varieties of its aromatic palette.

The Choice of Francois-Xavier Delmas
