Description
This fine oxidised oolong is made in a recently founded tea garden in Moc Chau district northern Vietnam. It is produced from the renowned Jin Xuan cultivar, which is highly aromatic.
A sweet-tasting Grand Cru with intense cherry and osmanthus notes held together by a smooth texture that prolongs its fragrances.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set or a teapot: 6 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
