Suggestion of preparation
Its leaves have been turned into a very fine powder: as such, this tea is beaten rather than infused.
It is prepared using a whisk, bowl and spatula.
It should be consumed immediately after preparation in order to enjoy its complexity in full.
1. Place 2 spatulas (or one level teaspoon).
2. Pour over 7cl of water heated to 195°F.
3. Holding the bowl in one hand, whisk the tea briskly (forming a “w”) to obtain an attractive froth. Then taste.
