Description
This Grand Cru comes from the city of Kobayashi, located in the Miyazaki region in Japan. Kabuse tea is a shaded tea: several days before harvesting, the tea plants are covered over. Thus deprived of light, theanine build-up occurs in the leaves and gives the tea a rich and complex range of fragrances.
A spring green tea with an umami flavour, which reveals complex vegetal, floral and buttery notes which are unveiled against a velvety texture.
