Description
This third flush white tea is harvested in the Kalapani tea garden in Panchthar district, where a young grower is producing beautiful teas. It is the most northerly tea garden in Nepal.
A superb white tea with vanilla, lemon, floral and vegetal notes, supported by a delicately powdered texture.

Suggestion of preparation
With the teapot or the tasting set: 7 minutes in water heated to 160°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds in water heated to 170°F.
