Description
Simrik means "pure" in reference to the air quality found in Kalapani, which is perched at an altitude of 2500m. At this height, tea plants grow slowly, which leaves time for the plants to develop the concentrated fragrances found in this aromatically rich tea.A black tea with honeyed, woody, praline, lemon and floral notes, alongside a delicately sweet flavour.
