This Grand Cru comes from mount Kenya, a stratovolcano in Kirinyaga county. Its strongly oxidised leaves are gathered from Assamica tea plants. It was harvested from exceptional volcanic soil that is rich in minerals and perfect for encouraging tea plant growth.
