Over the last few years, several African plantation managers have sought to increase the quality of the tea they produce. This fine black tea harvest with large, delicately twisted leaves come to us from Kenya.
This balanced black tea develops powerful woody, floral, fruity and spiced fragrances.

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 90°C.

With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
