Description

The La Mandala plantation in Fikkal, one of the smallest in Nepal, produces exceptional tea. This black tea takes inspiration from Chinese yancha, revealing subtly contrasting notes combining oolong expertise with the rich fragrances of the Nepalese autumn.

The subtle velvety texture of this autumn tea reveals a contrast between its central floral hint and vegetal notes, which join with subtly roasted hints.

Suggestion of preparation

Prepare this tea warm: 
With a teapot or a tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 85°C (185°F).

Prepare this tea iced: 
In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cl of water at room temperature for 1 hour. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
