Description
This black tea comes from the La Mandala plantation, nestled in Ilam at the heart of the Himalayas. Harvested in spring at an altitude of over 2000 metres, it enjoys perfect conditions which lend it a beautiful freshness, typical of the season.
A balanced spring black tea with floral and fruity notes, and hints of almond, underscored by a velvety texture.

With the teapot or the tasting set: 3’45 minutes in water heated to 185°F.

In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cL of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
