Description

This Grand Cru is harvested at an altitude of 2,000 metres in the Pha Hom Pok mountains in Thailand. The tea is harvested by the Lahu people who have exclusive authorisation to access these giant tea bushes. It consists entirely of large white buds.

A complex white tea with enchanting fruity and floral notes, developing against a very smooth texture. An extremely rare Grand Cru!

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set or a teapot: 7 minutes in water heated to 185°F.

With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
