Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea hot:
Using a tasting set or a teapot: 3’45 minutes in 85°C water.
Prepare this tea iced:
Using a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8g of leaves in 50cl of room temperature water for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and refrigerate.
