This spring Darjeeling illustrates the perfectly mastered expertise of Sonam Lama. Having returned to his native region after training Nepalese tea makers, he now crafts unique teas, nurtured by the influences of these two great terroirs.

A complex and highly smooth spring Darjeeling, revealing a harmonious bouquet of floral, fruity, almond, and zesty notes.

Suggestion of preparation

Prepare this tea hot:

Using a tasting set or a teapot: 3’45 minutes in 85°C water.

Prepare this tea iced:

Using a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8g of leaves in 50cl of room temperature water for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and refrigerate.
