Description

This tea from the province of Yunnan is a member of the Pu Erh Shu family. The fermentation process is accelerated by moistening the leaves which are then covered with large tarpaulins. The fermentation process lasts about 60 days. It is harvested from Da Ye tea plants at an altitude of almost 1,800 metres on mount Rangsai.

A Grand Cru with a very smooth texture with subtle woody and spicy notes accompanied by hints of undergrowth and a fruity finish.
