Description

The best known, most popular China green tea, Long Jing comes from Zhejiang province. 
It is known as “Dragon Well”. It has one of the best reputations among Chinese teas. A must!

The tea grows on the peaks of the Tieh Mu mountains in Zhejiang province. It can be recognised from the way the leaves are folded in a tea leaf shape

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 75°C.

With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.

To prepare latte tea:

Steep 8g in a mixture of 25cl of water at 75°C and 25cl of hot milk for 5min.
