The best known, most popular China green tea, Long Jing comes from Zhejiang province. It is known as “Dragon Well”. It has one of the best reputations among Chinese teas. A must!
The tea grows on the peaks of the Tieh Mu mountains in Zhejiang province. It can be recognised from the way the leaves are folded in a tea leaf shape
Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 75°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
To prepare latte tea:
Steep 8g in a mixture of 25cl of water at 75°C and 25cl of hot milk for 5min.

Refreshing, nice. I like green tea in generally but I don’t like to drink every time the same tasted one. For this reason I have a several varieties. This is my third favorite. I also have sencha ariake and Genmaicha Yama.
