Description
This Grand Cru is harvested in the valley of Ilam. It comes from a small nature reserve called Mai Pokhari, which is considered sacred in the Hindu and Buddhist faiths. The tea garden took its name from the reserve. This tea is from a Spring flush.
An original Spring oolong that surprises with its woody, fruity notes and long-lasting hints of chocolate.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 5' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
