Description
This oolong is harvested in a wetland in the Ilam valley known as Mai Pokhari, which is sacred to the Hindu and Buddhist faiths. This delicious oolong takes inspiration from ancient Taiwanese tea roasted methods.
A sweet oolong which reveals toasted, honeyed and fruity notes against a silky, finely powdered texture.
