Description
This Nepalese Grand Cru is from the Mai Tea garden, in the Ilam valley. It is harvested in Mai Pokhari, a nature reserve that is sacred to the Buddhist and Hindu faiths. This green tea is harvested by hand in the autumn.
A tea with mineral, vegetal and floral notes which develop against a smooth, finely powdered texture.

With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 75°C.
