Description

This Grand Cru comes from the Malate plantation, a secret location nestled in the forests of Ilam, Nepal. This mysterious garden benefits from a rare climate where constant mist envelops the tea bushes, enhancing their growth. 

This summer tea from Nepal unveils woody, cocoa and fruity notes, supported by a finely powdered texture which gives the notes a long finish.

Suggestion of preparation

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 85°C / 185°F.
Prepare this tea iced: 
In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cL of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
