This Grand Cru comes to us from the Malate plantation in Ilam District, Nepal. This little-known factory is nestled in the heart of the forest, benefiting from perfect climatic conditions – the tea plant are immersed in constant mist, providing a boost to growth.
This complex, refined spring white tea reveals delicious white flowers, vanilla and citrus notes supported by a smooth texture.

With the teapot or the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 185°F.

In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cL of water at room temperature for 45 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
