Description
This white tea comes from a recently established garden located in the town of Fikkal, Nepal. It is one of the first batches produced by this small manufactory, revealing a profile close to the spirit of Darjeeling teas. A beautiful and delicate discovery.

With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 85°C / 185°F.

In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cL of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
