This Grand Cru is made in Hunan. It was harvested in the spring on Feng Xingshan mountain. It is produced using the renowned cultivar from Fujian called Fuding Da Bai.
A round and gourmet new season green tea, which reveals soft vegetal, fruity, floral and buttery notes.
In order to bring out all the aromatic complexity of this tea, we recommend multiple infusions using the traditional Chinese Gong Fu Cha method.
