Description

Matcha for cooking is an ideal way to flavour your dishes, both savoury and sweet. Luxury matcha is a Japanese green tea in powdered form, used in the Japanese tea ceremony. Its subtle bitterness and rich aromas make it an excellent ingredient to use in your dishes, both sweet and savoury (cakes, sponges, biscuits, etc.).

It adds a unique flavour and colour.

Preparation advice:
The packet of baking matcha preserves the tea’s aromas and is practical to use in the kitchen thanks to its closure system. Once opened, close it securely and keep in the fridge to retain all the flavours of the matcha.

Suggestion of preparation

To prepare latte tea:

Pour 3 cups of matcha in 50cl of milk. Cook over medium heat and whisk with our electric Matcha whisk.
