Hailing from Tanegashima, the tsuyumidori cultivar enchants with its creamy texture and delicate aromas. Harvested in April, this rare tea reflects the artistry of Mr. Matsushita San, who reveals here a subtle and captivating expression of a very rare cultivar.
An ichibancha, where mellow sweetness is delicately balanced by a subtle touch of umami. It reveals vegetal and buttery notes that embrace the palate.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 3 minutes in water heated to 160°F.
With the kyusu or the shiboridashi: 10 g / 12 cl
- 1st infusion: 160°F - 1 minute
- 2nd infusion: 160°F - instantaneous
- 3rd infusion: 160°F - 45 seconds
