Description
This tea is produced in China in the region of Yunnan. It is a Pu Erh Shu, subject to an accelerated fermentation process. The leaves of this tea are compressed into miniature bird's nests, called Tuo Cha in Chinese.
These Mini Tuo Cha teas are characterised by a powerful texture and intense fragrances of earth and mushroom.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 5' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
