This green tea is produced in Anhui. It is harvested at over 600 metres above sea level around the renowned Yellow mountains. It is a spring Mao Feng, which means the tea plant contains many buds.
This exceptional Chinese new season tea is captivating thanks to its complex vegetal, mineral and almond fragrances, which combine with elegant floral notes.
In order to bring out all the aromatic complexity of this tea, we recommend multiple infusions using the traditional Chinese Gong Fu Cha method.
