This Grand Cru is made in Kumamoto and produced using the Yabukita cultivar. It offers unique properties thanks to the shading of its tea plants like a Kabuse Cha, and the way the leaves are shaped which is similar to a Tamaryokucha.
An exceptionally soft Ichibancha, which reveals seafood, vegetal and buttery notes, supported by an intense umami taste.
