This tea comes from a region that is renowned for its sencha production: Shizuoka. It is made by an expert farmer Mr. Shoji, who made it using the Yabukita cultivar. Its remarkably delicate leaves are a reliable sign of the tea's quality.

With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
