This Thai oolong is made in Mae Salong, in Chiang Rai province. The leaves are harvested from tea plants which grow at 1,250 metres above sea level. This tea is produced by Ms. Ming from the Ruan Zhi cultivar. A sweet and smooth Grand Cru which is a delight thanks to its soft, floral, buttery, vanilla and vegetal notes.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 5' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
