This tea is made in Yunnan Province, China. It is harvested from Mengku Da Ye tea plants along Rangsai Mountain, at an altitude of almost 1,600 metres. This tea is a Shu Pu Erh, a dark tea in which the fermentation process has been accelerated.
A Grand Cru with a smooth texture, characterised by wood, humus and mushroom notes with hints of caramel.
