This Grand Cru is made in the Norling tea garden in the Ilam valley, Nepal. It is harvested at over 1,600 metres above sea level during the spring. A rare tea made by a small, little-known 5-hectare tea garden.

This spring black tea boasts a refreshing vegetal bouquet, combining almond and floral notes that develop against a silky texture.

Suggestion of preparation

With the teapot or the tasting set: 3’45 minutes in water heated to 185°F.

Also delicious iced: Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
