This herbal tea is made from oak wood chips that are normally used in the flavouring of wine and spirits. After being heated up over a long period, the chips are used to create a herbal tea that reveals a profile of complex aromas and surprising flavours!

In a teapot or a carafe: steep 10 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature during an hour. Remove and refrigerate.
