Description
Gyokuro is one of the most precious Japanese teas. This one is particularly exceptional as it has been shaded by straw canopy make entirely by hand, known as a Hon Gyokuro.
A highly elegant Grand Cru that offers a velvety texture which covers the palate to reveal a umami flavour around a forceful marine centre.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 2' minutes in water heated to 140°F.
