Description
A sumptuous fermented tea from the village of Cao Bo, near Ha Giang in northern Vietnam. This tea is produced from the Shan Tuyet tea plant, and its fermentation process is accelerated for several months.
An organic Grand Cru that calls to mind damp earth and mushrooms with developing mineral and roasted notes woven with a delicately sweet taste.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set or a teapot: 5 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
