This Grand Cru was harvested in 2021, along the slopes of Tay Con Linh mountain, Vietnam. The grower meticulously monitored the withering and drying process used to create this tea over an almost 5-day period, before storing it under ideal conditions.
This reinvigorating white tea reveals indulgent notes that bring to mind yellow fruit and vanilla, and that develop against a smooth texture.

With the tasting set or a teapot: 7 minutes in water heated to 160°F.
