Description
This organic Grand Cru comes from the Cauca Valley, Colombia. It is harvested at between 1,750 and 2,000 metres above sea level on the Andean mountain range. This high-altitude soil provides exceptional climatic conditions for growing tea plants.
A powerful green tea, characterized by an elegant astringency which supports vegetal, fruity and mineral notes.
