Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea iced:
Infuse 8g (or 1 XL tea bag) for 50cL of room temperature water during 30 minutes. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
This iced tea can also be prepared with L’Infuseur by pouring the hot-brewed beverage over a large glass filled with ice cubes.
Prepare this tea warm:
Infuse 8g (or 1 XL tea bag) for 50cL of filtered water at 70°C – 160°F for 7 minutes.
