Description

This organic white tea is made in Fujian province, the region where Bai Mu Dan is traditionally produced. Its leaves are harvested in the spring, and undergo an extended withering process providing this classic white tea with its elegant floral notes. Its name means "white peony".

With the teapot or the tasting set: 8 minutes in water heated to 80°F.
