Description
This Grand Cru is part oriental beauty oolong (a strongly oxidised tea whose leaves are bitten by an insect, and the aromatic profile of its compounds are changed as a result), part black tea whose leaves are toasted at the end of the production method.
An absolute whirlwind of fragrances, which bring to mind rose bouquets, candied citrus and spices, all delicately supported by a toasted note finish.
This tea is organically grown and has been certified by an approved independent testing center.
