"Bai Hao Yin Zhen" is the highest and most sought-after grade of the famous "Silver Needle" tea. The thin and regular buds and hand-picked, and are slowly withered over several days before being carefully dried. An outstanding tea.
These exceptional silver needles unveil their fresh rose, vanilla and green grape fragrances within a boundlessly oily texture. A rare tea indeed!

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 10' minutes in water heated to 80°C.
