China Beauty is a highly oxidised oolong with a production method that draws inspiration from the renowned Taiwanese "Oriental Beauty" tea. It is nibbled by a relative of the Tea Jassid before the harvest, and the leaves then develop complex fruity and woody notes.
This oolong delights the palate with its intense aromatic profile, blending notes of honey, flowers, and fruits in perfect harmony.
This tea is organically grown and has been certified by an approved independent testing center.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.

In a teapot or carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cl of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
