Description
This oolong comes from Mae Salong in the Chiang Rai region of Thailand. It is made by the exceptional producer, Mrs Ming. The tea plantation enjoys a climate and growing conditions that are perfect for oolong teas.
A pleasant gourmet oolong with typically floral, fruity and buttery notes.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 6' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
