This tea is grown high up on Jirisan, a mountain in South Korea. It is produced in ideal conditions and is processed entirely by hand. This is an opportunity to taste a fine tea that is exported only rarely.

Suggestion of preparation
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 170°F.
