Using a tasting set or teapot: 4 minutes in 85°C (185°F) water.
To prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or carafe: infuse 8g of leaves in 50cl of room-temperature water for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and place in the refrigerator.
