Description
Gyokuro is a shaded tea: three weeks before they are harvested, the tea bushes are deprived of light to encourage the development of an umami taste and a smooth texture. Its name means "Jade dew", a reference to its elegance and tenderness.
An organic spring green tea with complex milky and vegetal notes, which develop intensely against a highly smooth texture.
