Description
This gyokuro is produced in Kagoshima, which is one of Japan's largest tea-producing regions. The tea plants are shaded for at least three weeks before the harvest, giving this gyokuro a delicious umami taste.
This gyokuro develops an intense umami flavour, revealing vivacious vegetal, salty and seafood notes, which develop fruity and toasted hints.
