Organic Imperial Chai can be enjoyed in several ways:
The “Western” method: take 6 g of tea leaves for 30 cl of water and heat to 95°C. Steep for 4 minutes.
The Indian method for a chai latte: infuse the desired quantity of organic Imperial Chai in 2/3 water at 95°C and 1/3 milk. Add sugar and infuse for 4 minutes.
