Imperial Tie Guan Yin is a semi-oxidised oolong rolled into pearls. Its name, "Iron Goddess of Mercy", refers to a legend in which the goddess Guan Yin appears before a pious man who looked after her temple, gifting him a tea plant with extraordinary fragrances.
This fine oolong distinguishes itself with its fruity and roasted notes. Low in caffeine, it provides comfort at any time of the day.
This tea is organically grown and has been certified by an approved independent testing center.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the gong fu cha: multiple infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Also delicious iced:
Steep 8 g in 50 cL of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
