Description
This Grand Cru is harvested in Panchthar district, Nepal, in the Kalapani Tea Estate, which recently received organic certification. Its name, "Basantah" – Nepalese for "spring" – perfectly illustrates the freshness of its fragrances!
This first flush organic black tea is typical of the region, and combines delicious almond, brioche and floral notes, each supported by a silky texture.

Suggestion of preparation
With the teapot or the tasting set: 3’45 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
Also delicious iced: Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
