Description
This spring Grand Cru was prepared in a wok (kama). It is made in Shizuoka prefecture, near Mount Fuji.
A complex and rich Japanese tea which develops against vegetal, floral and fruity notes.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 2' minutes in water heated to 70°C/160°F.
With the Kyusu / Shiboridashi by successive 1 minute infusions.
